We help motivated people live to their highest potential by overcoming pain through performance-based physical therapy
Our Difference
Advanced Therapeutic Exercise
We create invidividualized plans that emphasize correcting your deficits with carefully selected exercise programming. We will strategically match our intervention with your end-goal in mind to make the most efficient plan to achieve your goals.
Expert-Level Manual and Orthopedic Training
We have completed extensive post-graduate level training to improve the efficiency and quality of our service. We integrate hands-on care with a variety of joint and muscle techniques to help decrease pain, improve movement, and maximize your outcome.
Diagnostics
We are trained to know if you need imaging for your musculoskeletal injuries and can recommend and guide which imaging you may need with the help of radiologists and our provider partners. We use different means to evaluate musculoskeletal injuries like muscle tears and tendinitis so you aren't left guessing what's wrong.
Our Process
Root
During the Root Phase, we focus on calming down your pain by working on the area of concern to reduce the pain response to the brain. We educate you on what is going on with your body and how we will help you achieve your goals. We will make sure you are 100% clear on your diagnosis, what is wrong, and why it occured in the first place.
Restore
The Restore Phase is all about treating and fixing the underlying issue that is leading to your discomfort when performing the activities you love. By the end of phase 2, you should feel a decreased need for physical therapy services. You should experience relief and have an increased understanding of what is holding you back physically.
Return
The Return Phase is about resilience. We fortify your body to prevent your injury from ever coming back. If you have a resurfacing of symptoms, we make sure that you have been thoroughly educated on how to reduce your symptoms on your own before seeking our assistance. Your independence is our priority!
